Blair : ''Eight years ago I was in my mom’s basement with my guitar and the most basic recording setup you can imagine. I didn’t know anything about music production or anything at all really. Somehow I came up with this melody that just couldn’t get out of my head. It was probably the first moment I realized I might have written something good, so I wanted to sing it “one more time for those who are doubtful”. While writing the lyrics (and feeling delightful), I looked at the clock, and it was 10:05 PM. Since then I have written hundreds, probably thousands, of songs but this one stood the test of time. Five Past Ten.''
